24.04.2018 - I.S.R. racing will resume its campaign in ADAC GT Masters 2018 with the second round of the season, that is the only race to be hosted in the Czech Republic at the Most Autodrom.

This is going to be a very important round for the Czech outfit that will race in front of a lot of supporters pushing the team from the grandstands. I.S.R. racing colours will be defended by the Audi R8 LMS n.33 driven by Filip Salaquarda (CZ) and work driver Frank Stippler (GER), that secured a top ten finish at the opener in Oschersleben and are resolute to build on that and be protagonists on this track.

The racing weekend in Most is going to be very exciting, both due to the high competitiveness of ADAC GT Masters 2018 and to the layout of the circuit that features 21 corners in 4.222 meters. The circuit has slight up and downhill sections and includes high to low speed transactions, as well as fast corners. After the slightly up-hill pit straight, turn one is very narrow and will require special care, especially in the initial laps, when contacts will be quite likely. The mid sector is flowing and is followed by the double right-hander leading into the pit straight.

The program of the second weekend of the season will begin on Friday with two qualifying sessions at 11:00 and 16:35 (GMT +2). Drivers will challenge each other for the pole position at 9:15, while Race one will start at 13:15. Q2 will be run on Sunday at 9:00, while the lights will go off on Race two at 13:08.

Both races will be available through live streaming on the website of the championship
www.adac-gt-masters.de and onwww.sport1.de.

Igor Salaquarda (I.S.R. racing, Team Principal):

"We started the championship with a good result and now are all set to show our potential in the home race. We have a good knowledge of this racetrack, as we run pre-season testing here, and this should give us a little edge on the rivals, but nothing has to be taken for granted with such a long entry list. Filip and Frank will have to use all their experience on this track that, despite offering several overtaking chances, also exposes to potentially tricky situations especially in the initial laps".
